  1. What's your point? Lots of players are oft injured if that's your metric.
  2. I'll be interested to see what they say the pad life is. They gotta be pretty close. I'm going to have to do pads and rotors soon anyway, but it's nice to make it through the holidays without needing to do it.
  3. I wonder if you can set up a contract where he gets a bonus if he plays over a certain number of games?
  4. Are you accounting for the lockout shortened season where he played every game? 14-15 is really the only season where he was out long-term with injury. That's fine, but I think injury history is at the very bottom of my list of reasons for not taking Kane on long-term.
  5. That doesn't concern me much. If he can stay above 60 per year then he's fine. Guys get hurt.
  6. *looks at Kane's season records* I don't see anything egregious. He's not an ironman but I don't see anything that could label him as oft-injured like Bogosian always is.
  7. What if Botts manages to make room?
  8. Somehow my car passed inspection today even though I'm positive the rear rotors are warped. Looks like I get to baby them along for a few more months :P
  9. Who cares about those guys?
  10. We're definitely going to miss him for the rest of this year. Hey, if he wants to come back in FA for a good price?
  11. Sure, if Ryan's teammates hate him. Or if Ryan is a rookie.
  12. I don't think anyone needed to fight Nolan. But a howdy-do bump or some chirping might have been nice if you're Bobby Ryan and you think you're on a team of guys who like you.
  13. Bill Hoppe had an article the other day about how Lehner is playing his best hockey and his teammates are saying he's really preparing well and he's focused. I think there's something to that for Lehner. He strikes me as a guy who struggles to get into a consistent routine and the level of elite focus that comes with it. He's been hurt a lot and playing on a bad team probably hasn't helped.
  14. I can't find much. It seems that he didn't make the last road trip. Hurt I guess.
  15. I mean, they're beating the bad teams like they should, but that draw against Liverpool was definitely noteworthy. If they can beat Swansea and have a respectable showing against Chelsea I'll call it mission accomplished.
  16. He just hasn't developed into an NHL player from a physical standpoint. The talent is there, but he's not quick or strong.
  17. This is an insane post. Kane's value has increased significantly since the off-season thanks to his excellent production this year.
  18. It's too late for that.
  19.
  20. Define "home run".
  21. I'm stunned that trading Moulson seems to have had an effect that lasts beyond a game or two.
  22. But he's a rental. You have to take that in to account. It's not like he's under contract for two more years or something. When you sell rentals, you take what you can get. I hope people understand that Kane's return, despite his play this season, is not going to be huge.
  23. I just kinda threw Meier out there because I suspect his value is in line with what we can expect to get back for Kane, but I have no complaints about Norris either.
