Are you saying a fan who wanted Gerard Gallant and naturally wouldn't think KA would need to interview a bunch of guys has no business criticizing KA for wanting LR and (allegedly) not interviewing a bunch of guys? It would not make sense for that fan to want KA to interview guys then hire Gallant. It would make sense for that fan to ask KA to do his due diligence before hiring someone other than Gallant. FWIW Terry said Lindy was "released" in 2013. Perhaps a softer word choice than fired but ofc I read more into it. I don't think LR wanted any part of what was to come and was given a blue and gold parachute. Always found it so odd Lindy was afforded a farewell presser in the arena.

In a nod to those who thought Lindy's time had ended in Buffalo, he just said he wasn't the coach he needed to be in 2013. He is talking about the many changes he's made as a coach. "I'm a better coach today." Lindy has made me laugh several times. He's a human. How many turds followed him as coach? Refreshing.
