To be clear I was wondering if an audio person could give us Rick saying The Buffalo Sabres have won the Stanley Cup! You'd have him saying the Sabres won in many clips and I know he said The Dallas Stars have won the Stanley Cup. There's a clip of Van saying The Buffalo Bills have won the Super Bowl! Alternate ending to SB 25. It sounds believable.

I would never want it to go that far. Not even sure AI could pull off Live AI Rick calling a game. I was thinking more along the lines of using AI to have a clip of Rick saying what we always wanted him to say. Unnecessary... Thorny already has it. And likely the Sabres. Would you even need AI? Maybe Swamp could tell us if he could pull off the same feat if he had clips of Rick saying the individual words.

A little scary. We already have a generation that won't fact check or consider the source of information or look beyond social media for news. When they hear some future politician say something, they won't know or care that it's AI Moore or the real Moore. And the powers that be know full well that the ignorance they seeded will fully flower soon.

Seems like the spirit of the question got lost in a trade scenario. Which Sabre am I so emotionally connected to that it would hurt to lose him even if the trade made the Sabres better? My goodness, none. These guys have done nothing for me. Peterka probably comes closest. I like studying his animated face on the bench. There's a fire inside. And he pairs that intensity with real skill.
