As if Tiger's golf game wasn't bad enough now this
shrader replied to Sabre fan's topic in The Aud Club
What do you think happens when your job is one where you bounce from course to course on a weekly basis? I know a guy playing on the European tour and guess what, his wife is alone with the kids most of the time. And that tour is even tougher on the travel as they're bouncing around between Europe, Asia, and Africa. As for the rest of your post, thank you for admitting that you're just trying to rain on anyone else's parade, talking about a topic you don't care about one bit. -

And take a look at the rest of that leaderboard today. It’s littered with top ten guys from the world rankings. He didn’t just win, he outplayed the best players in the world on Sunday in Augusta. The two worst rounds of the day from day from top ten finishers? The two guys who played with Tiger. That’s another “just like the old days” moment from this round. -

I see that moment with his son and that’s enough for me. -

Over the top character judgement. It’s what we do. Some people just don’t like him. That’s just the way it is. -
He did play a year with their national team before that year in the minors and the leap into the playoffs. But either way, very impressive (and that undefeated season with Cornell). Why am I thinking that there was another goalie with a similar start, but with a slightly less successful ending?

Like him or not, I’m not quite sure we’ve ever seen anyone else who has had a bigger influence on his/her sport than Tiger has. Just watching that reception from the other players today tells you how much he means to their game. -
I briefly turned that on and now I wish I had stuck with it. In a way, I kind of wish Finland had one, but it looks to me like they made the right call. The women’s game could really use two more countries leveling the field a bit. Maybe it is starting to get there.

Movies / TV Shows - I Have Watched / Plan To Watch

And then there’s the laugh at the end of the trailer right before the title reveal. That one is a much more stunning moment for me than the title. -
Updated Todd McLellan OUT of the Running Sabres HC Position

If we’re going to include Butcher, we may as well list every single free agent in the history of the game who signed somewhere else. It’s not like they ever held his rights. -
Just walk out front of the arena and pick one up from a scalper for pennies.

I would imagine that McLellan would want to keep everything low key for now and allow his son to have his moment. Who knows if junior will ever get that chance again. -
I just looked back at this comment because TSN has a story posted about. I'm not quite sure why they do, especially since the number isn't even correct. They drafted first after his rookie year, but they didn't win that lottery. But really, what this whole thing boils down to is that Hall has pretty much always been on crappy teams. I'm not so sure it's something I'd want to draw attention to.

It could be worse, like say, hitting a gas line like they did out here yesterday.
-
I'd imagine that there has to be some sort of inspection of the balls (feel free to laugh) each time before they go back into the machine for a redraw. The whole process probably approaches the length a movie as opposed to some 30 minute tv special. The one thing I really wish they'd get rid of is the one dead combination that isn't assigned to any team. I realize it cleans up the calculation of the probabilities, but really, just give that one extra one to the last place team. That combo is very unlikely to pop up, but why even have it as a possibility?

And it doesn't matter what you already have. Basic human nature is to want more. The kid pulling carts at Walmart wants more money and so does Pegula. -
Soundgarden wasn't too far off

Ahh the wonders of twitter and people wanting to be the first to break something -
And I'll add that BU's strength and conditioning program has always been top notch. Even if he's there for just one year, he's going to be listed at a significantly higher number at this time next year.

Per Botterill: Sabres have relieved Phil Housley of his Coaching Duties
shrader replied to Brawndo's topic in The Aud Club
So maybe it was just the transition those two teams (Rags/Canucks) had from Vigneault <--> Tortorella. He was a vacation compared to Torts. -
A building a few block just had a nice little explosion that so far sounds like it was a gas line. That should make for a crazy day. It felt like something was dropped on our building's roof. edit: https://www.wral.com/durham-explosion-1-person-dead-after-gas-explosion-in-downtown/18317583/

So you're saying you wouldn't put Sidney Crosby in Pittsburgh? McDavid in Edmonton? Dahlin in Buffalo? It's as crooked as it gets.
-
Why wouldn't it? I never did trust Don Henley.

I prefer Rasmussen, no matter how little that name provided to this team. -

Isn't Vigneault one of the guys that has a looser country club type feel to his locker room? I feel like this team could use someone a bit tougher than that.
