He cannot get a permanent supervisor position because he is a white male and they are trying to diversify their company. He gets passed over and then is asked to “mentor” the new boss. Some of these new bosses have 2-3 years of experience.

Scoring and roster changes (please see rules for new values):
QB pass TD: 4 -> 6
QB int: -1 -> -3
All missed FG/xp: 0 -> -1
FGs: 1 pt for every 10 yards. fractional points. e.g. 19 yd FG is 1.9 pts. 45 yd FG is 4.5 pts.Roster: Added 1 flex. Removed one reserve. Need to manage your waiver wire more actively.

Also, I propose 90 seconds per pick. We did 60 last year and the draft was less than an hour…I didn’t even finish my first drink by the end of it. Just a thought.I have two drafts to run. This one and Two Bills Drive. I’m on travel September 2 through the fourth, but I think I should be able to do the third from my hotel room.
90 seconds per pick is fine, but people who don’t show and don’t set their picks to auto draft will face punishment.
