I think most agree that both need drastic overhaul. I am not as well versed in the structures in ice so been doing a bit of “studying”. 
 

Came across this video. Makes for rather depressing watching. But highlights some of the things we can see in game. If outsiders can read this from the sabres, why can’t the coaching team!??
