inkman
http://www.sabresprospects.com/2011/05/buffalo-sabres-spring-2011-prospect.html Some interesting stuff here...
shrader
There was limited discussion about it here. Anyway, it's definitely looking like it may be time to package some d-men and also add a goalie to the system.
spndnchz
I know he's 19 yo and few years out but Christian Isackson looks like a steal pickup for 7th round 203 overall. 6 foot tall, great hands, gained 15 lbs over the past year and is 185 lbs now. CallawaySabres
I love that there are a few Captains in that lineup...
nobody
I'd like to see more PP & PK scoring.
Peter Puck
This has probably been posted before, but I ran across this detailed listing of the Sabres' top prospects in Junior and minor-league hockey. Kassian Tops List of Gritty Prospects A top scout recently stated that the team might use some of it's prospects to swing a big trade this summer. If that's the case, what players featured here would you be willing to part with and which are guys that you think are untouchable?
Weave
IMO every defenseman should be on the table, although I'd prefer McNabb be kept off the list. I'll add that I'd rather see Butler/Sekera moved than McNabb moved. If I had to move one of Kassian/Foligno my choice would be to move Foligno. Those are just preferences. Evry single individual in this organization should be made available if there is a trade that will better the team overall.
shrader
And any trade is obviously going to depend on the other team involved. Where are they in their process of developing their team, would they rather have someone NHL ready or someone who is a few years off from stepping up?
