X. Benedict
http://theahl.com/overachieving-under-the-radar-p169054 Looking better than expected. Thanks, from the Portland games I've seen I would say that Schistal looks limby. I'm not sure if that's a technical word, but his legs and arms look longer than his torso, so he's actually covering more ice in a very fluid way. I like his vision too, and he does a really nice job of getting shots through. He could have a nice career.

Its probably a good thing Regier is such a visionary and knew that the league was moving toward the limby style of game. By the time the sabres limby prospects reach the level where they can compete in the N.H.L. the league may very well have moved away from the limby style which would have us playing catchup once again. Two or less
Per Maine Hockey Journal- Schiestel more then likely out for the year with a knee injury, will see a specialist tomorrow in Buffalo.
shrader
Per Maine Hockey Journal- Schiestel more then likely out for the year with a knee injury, will see a specialist tomorrow in Buffalo. Please tell me that wasn't in the all star game.
Robviously
Please tell me that wasn't in the all star game. I didn't think he made the AHL all-star game. I thought Portland only sent Luke Adam to that.

I just looked back at the original article posted in this thread. It says he was selected but would miss the game due to injury.
wildcat48
We just found out today that he will be out for the season.... Will be in Buffalo tomorrow to see a specialist to determine if he needs surgery.....
