Tim Connolly doesn't make this team a contender over the next two season even if he stays healthy. This team needs a overhaul and a heart transplant. The only way they can add a center of any value is if they find takers for Hecht and Tallinder. As of now, if they pay Stafford and Sekera $2.5 million each and fill the rest of the roster with rookie minimum contracts, they will be at around $56 million next year.
