We can agree that we really do not like Ralph. I would just assume keep Jack and hope that his game can improve somehow...as the return on a trade may be disappointing (ex. ROR trade). Unfortunately I cannot agree that the Pegula's are the victim of bad advice. I'm pretty sure nobody recommended to hire Adams with no GM experience. It's not rocket science to hire a PROVEN NHL front office that has a track record of winning in this league.

If there was a "Participation Cup" award, Buffalo would be a contender every single year...maybe even the favorite. Any team playing against Ralph's Sabres can have an exciting night because they have absolutely nothing to fear on the ice. Go to the front of the net? No problem (nobody will move them out). Opposing D-man retrieving a puck? No problem (nobody will hit them on the forecheck), Give Jack a cheap-shot? No problem (nobody will drop the gloves), etc.

OK, so HCRK says he's not hurt physically, but it says like he's broken between his ears. Skinner has not produced, but still not as ugly as Eichel's turnover exhibition last night. Ralph won't bench Jack for poor performance, but has no problem sitting Skinner. I think Ralph is busted and sounding like a broken record repeating the same crap after every loss.

Another game, another loss...this time after having a lead. Another game with no goals from Eichel, Hall, Skinner scratched. They are proven goal scorers and all three look like crap. Ralph obviously not getting output from his stars and also very little 5-on-5 production. I'd rather risk looking foolish with another revolving door coaching change vs. continuing to watch this team lose. Please cut your loses and get an experienced HC asap!

Don't forget to add Okposo as well. Over $30 million between them....Lazar is a bargain!

Ralph better figure out he is the more vulnerable of the two. If he's convinced he's right, he may do so at the risk of his own job. Skinner is not going anywhere with his contract.

Get well Jake! Unfortunately the team will have to figure out a solution for the left side D. They were already thin on the left side and Irwin is not a top 4. I really hate it when they move a RH D-man over to the left side, whether it be Montour or whoever.

To be honest, I don't know if I even see 20 SOG's tonight against a well-coached Isles team. I can agree that a 5-1 NYI win is very possible. The common denominator on Skinner's lack of production is HC RK. He may be forcing Skinner to "respect" him, but RK needs to understand that he is the more replaceable commodity on the team (vs. Skinner). Skinner and his contract is going nowhere.

I'd be happy if his career was a mirror image of Nick Lidstrom. I don't need or expect him to be the next coming of Bobby Orr or as explosive as Cale Makar in today's game.

Very possibly. The problem now is that somebody needs to move over to the left side to replace Jake. Irwin is a LH shot, but the Sabres have to figure out who else to move over. I don't like Montour on the left side, but maybe he is the most likely to move over.

Let's hope they don't go into a defensive shell, but rather keep doing what they did for 40 minutes. Keep rolling 4 lines to keep players fresh.

I really like Victor's game lately. IMHO his passing has improved this season and this makes him a stronger compliment to his line mates (vs. say Skinner).

He looks good to me as well. Some development time in Rochester worked in this case. He seems steady and ready for a regular job. Hope he can stick around.

Yes they did, and it was one of the most underwhelming and lame pressers I have ever seen. If I had any doubt they were clueless before, it was obvious to me afterwards that they lack the objectivity and critical thinking required to be effective owners.

Sorry, but no...Patty hired Ted Nolin, not Bylsma. He then hired GMTM after hiring Nolin. Bylsma came later after GMTM fired Nolin. Patty had nothing to do with the hiring of Bylsma.
