Next GM sold everything and got some of the players we have now. Lot of the players who moved on have won Stanley Cups. Brings us to Adams, he is NOT bending from the Draft and Develop. So Next year we are looking at heading to 14 years with No Playoffs. Nothing in Rochester that will change that Next Year! Maybe the 1st line gets back to 2022 production. That will help the 2nd line as Constructed if Healthy. Gonna sign Middlestat or bring up Krebs to Center 3rd line. 4th Line? Lot of IFS there. All goes well maybe 2022 Projection happens but that isn't sustained growth to get to the CUP. There are players on this TEAM not tough enough for that. Replace Samuelson, Joki and get another Top 4 defense man. You have Dahlin, Power and Ryan Johnson now to grow. Good Veteran 26-28 would fit well that stays home. My Young Untouchables are Power, Peterka, Ryan Johnson, Levi. They are NOT Tradable. Have to set your Franchise with someone. 1st Line players are Untouchable without a Package you can't say NO Dahlin too is Untouchable for now unless a Package comes in you can't say NO. Remember UPL fall from grace last year? Never proven he can win when necessary. Also Comrie hasn't proven he can stay Healthy. Right move for now to get the most Reps for Levi and track what UPL does. Don't hate UPL, he just has NEVER stood up yet for a whole year. Failed last year and use to get hurt a lot. This is more what UPL is doing then what Levi is not doing. Levi could just as easily be the main man after All-star break. UPL was great before All-star last year, after he sucked. Why Comrie 5-1-1 and Levi 5-2 got to play chase for the Playoffs. Levi can't sit this long, he needs games. If Adams wanted Levi to be the main man he would have gotten a Veteran to work with him. Instead he created a 3 man Competition. I still am not sold UPL is the man, we were here last year. Club is at .500. We have Regressed this year. See how this all goes. Bottom line goals mean more and Cozens is a 30 goal scorer. His physical size is a added bonus. None of this takes away who Middlestat is. problem is we have 20 mil/yr tied up on two defensivemen who also can get assists and goals.

Anything that happens has nothing to do with Middlestat unless he starts scoring 30 goals. If he accepts a contract worth 3rd Center, keep him. Not surpassing Cozens. If someone gets hurt, great to have him. But he is on this team a 3C, not a winger either, that is his role and to go up to help with Injuries.

Looking as Krebs as the odd guy out. To me, no future for Girg, Okposo and Oloffson. Imperative we move on from them first before we throw away Krebs and Jost. They may all be gone by next year.

Who's holding up Development as Players, Adams Seriously, Why is Girg and Okposo on this Roster. Has nothing to do with who those guys are. Has to do with the Riches of drafting High for 7+ years. Okposo, Girg and Oloffson are holding up being a Playoff team!

Very FAIR assessment. But if krebs is in Buffalo, got to give him a chance with linemates that can score. Rousek to me needs to be here since he plays two way Hockey. Can't keep Krebs, Girg and Okposo on this team with Rochester way ahead on Development. Also have Benson and Savoy way past Minor league Development. Jost is a very usable player with 1st round talent like Middlestat and Krebs.

That's not Krebs. He is a passing Center, who is he passing too that has speed and a Great Shot?

My problem is We have too much Talent drafted and at Amerks to keep people like Oloffson, Krebs, Okposo and Girgenson. Actually, be Ok if 4th line was Rousek Krebs Jost. Dahlin has been in the League already 5 years. Last two Seasons have squelched the move Dahlin to Winger calls or he is a bust. Played 355 games already and is 23. Has good size, fighter meaning he doesn't back down. When Healthy he is a Norris Candidate every year. Probably in the Top two as Offensive Defensiveman. Power in his first full year has played WAY better than Dahin in his 1st full year. Man is HUGE, has some grit but still is 3 years younger than Dahlin. Power already is a +13 point differential, Dahlin for the 1st time hit + differential at 12. Need another year to truly analysis Power vs Dahlin. That said Power is already ahead in projection from 1st year and beyond. Plus player who found scoring later in year. He was on the 2nd pairing and did this. He is 6-6, will get bigger and better defensively and has length to do what Tage does offensively. Power will not be real flashy like Dahlin and Dahlin will never be as good defensively as Power. That said Power is the better Defensiveman, he will have 4 more better years than Dahlin if Healthy just based on age, Dahlin had a slow start. Power will be a 50-70 point guy by 23 easily. Dahlin may go to 100+. Glad we have BOTH and hopefully the next 10+ years My choice is Power, he came out of the gate flying and will project better in his first 5 years, we don't know this mans ceiling yet either, still too young to evaluate high end.
