Speculation is a big reason for Message boards. We get it.
I will let the draft and entire off-season play before setting a lineup. How Johnson fits into plans will be determined in camp, along with many others. I would think the Sabres would explore trades to bolster various spots in the lineup and that requires moving current players. Maybe Johnson figures into that...maybe not. None of us have seen him play a second in a Sabres uniform and know where he currently fits in their thinking.
I have been one of his biggest supporters. Still hoping he can have linemates with scoring ability. He sets up others with great passes, due to his non-stop hustle.
It was a game of streaks. Bandits started out great, then went dead for the last 2/3rds of the first half. Then a great 3rd quarter to get the 3 goal lead, then another rally by Colorado. Fortunate to get the win.
Hershey lines uo 3-4 at their own blue line and just stops the Amerks immediately. They should be flipping the puk in deep and beating them to the corner. Plus Amerks hold the puck too long om shots instead of just ripping it. Look at all the blocked shots that don't get through.
Yes they were. As I posted last season, I would love to see Krebs get a couple of linemates that have scoring ability. He is such a good playmaker with an obvious non-stop motor. That first goal for Canada was all him.
The Quinn bank shot off the goalies mask was awesome. Let it rip immediately from the impossible angle with that idea in mind.
KA was a 4th line 15 goal player with Carolina when they won the Cup years back. May see himself in KO.
I'll wait to see the off-season completed. I do expect trades of some current guys on our roster in order to improve the D and maybe Goalie.
Slots will be open for young guys to advance, if they are ready. I'm not paying any attention to Mr. Bottom 4 and his zeal to promote several teenagers immediately.
