One game changing bad:lazy play. He also was a non factor the rest of the game. Byrum and Power, even Clifton, played better Benson played well, Kulich looked like he belonged. I didn’t notice Quinn at all. refs should be held accountable for their lack of calls and bad calls. Maybe they are? They were horrible

Prague is a good city but if you want a great Europe trip you go to Tuscany (including Naples), Croatia, to a lesser degree Paris, definitely the Greek Islands

Other than the Baltimore game, how has that defense been in the playoffs, when it mattered most?
-
Yes - he lucked into Josh Allen, otherwise useless as an owner

At least they came out with urgency after laying an egg in the first game. F them total waste of time watching them unfortunately. We deserve better -

I agree - this organization just doesn’t get it and if Kulich and Rousek sit again tomorrow it’s just further proof. -

Is sandstrom even on the American’s roster if rhe 35 year old clears waivers and is sent down. Or I guess if Levi starts in Rochester? -
GDT: Pittsburg Penguins @ Buffalo Sabres 7PM 9/21/24--Preseason

It’s not a change in philosophy, with only a couple preseason games, the Sabres have to play the starters. The Krebs line will sit in favor of line #3 tomorrow -
JJP vs Quinn vs Benson - Who will have the better season?
Turbo44 replied to GASabresIUFAN's topic in The Aud Club
Watching Benson last night he only got one point but he wasn’t rewarded for his forecheck on another goal and going to the net and distracting the goalie on another -
Peyton Krebs signs 2 year 1.45 million AAV contract

2nd year also makes him more tradeable too. Cheap contract with term….. -
Game Discussion Thread: Prospects Challenge vs Devils, 9/14/24

Injuries do happen that would open up a spot for Kulich, or maybe Rousek. A PP with Tage one timing from the left and Kulich on the right would be pretty lethal. Kulich hs been heads ne shoulders better than his competition and teammates so far -
Case closed

All true. Steep odds. McLeod isn’t this amazing player that couldn’t be moved to 4C or wing
-
Too words for Gatordowner: Josh Allen

No one really thought there was room for Benson last year either. If Helenius earns it, it’s not too difficult to sit/trade Krebs, Greenway, etc. An argument easily can be made that Helenius is more NHL ready this year than Benson was last year
-
Wow - didn’t think it was possible for a small guy to outwork a big guy?? Benson- like
-
Agreed. Q is, does ANA really want to trade him? And if so why?
-
Yes he is if he stays healthy as is Peterka. We need another one. Zucker isn’t the answer and Benson isn’t ready
-
I think Buffalo would do this in a second, ANA would not - it’s not enough. Greenway is a replacement level cap dump, Rosen may or may not be an NHL player, komarov is exciting but who knows. Picks are reasonable

If you have a chance to get zegras you get him. Put him on cozens line at center and move cozens to wing where cozens is more effective (look at the WC’s). cost: Östlund (or maybe kulich), Samuelson, Krebs and or greenway (ANA has to get to salary cap floor I believe), 2025 unprotected first. steep price, similar to what we got for Eichel but he’s not coming off serious neck surgery and his cost isn’t $10m/year. He also becomes Buffalo’s most talented offensive player (tage may argue). Top three lines would look outstanding: Peterka Thompson tuch Quinn Zegras cozens benson McLeod one of the newcomers
