Dell has played 114 NHL games. Let’s not pretend he is a journeyman minor leaguer. He was flat out awful this evening. Butcher needs to go as well. Miller was to blame too.

They scored 4 goals. This was about a desecration of a goal crease by an ECHlL level goaltender.

I need video footage of Adams throwing Dell’s equipment into the back of an Uber and kicking Dell into the car and pointing the driver to Rochester right away. One of the worst goaltending displays I have seen. Great right from the Sabres. Tage was the best player on the ice. Skinner was great.

This team is man for man one of the most talented in the league however they are consistently outshot and out chances. Appert and crew need to adapt and adjust their system a little bit here.

Lundell is a prime example of why scouting and drafting is an inexact science. Not one scouting service had him as the pick at 8. A lot had him in the 20s. Skating and offensive upside were listed as red flags. But he has proven everyone wrong. He has been terrific. I think you were his biggest supporter at the time. Good on you. Levi is proving all the experts wrong as well.

2015 was a year to tank. McDavid is generational and Eichel was a great consolation prize regardless of how it worked out here. This year is not a year to tank. Wright will be a very good player but not someone to turn a franchise around. Sabres have a great young group of developing guys and adding 3 more in the 1st will be huge but they don’t have to try and tank and win a lottery now. The last few drafts are beginning to show that theSabres now have some people in place that can identify talent throughout the rounds. Stay the course, hit on a few more picks and keep developing.

Bloom and Novikov are very interesting prospects. Two kids that someone in the scouting dept. did a ton of research on.

I think it is Tuch with Cozens as an A. Then Cozens graduates to C in a few years with Krebs as an A.

I’m thinking Quinn is Bossy Krebs is Trottier cozens is Goring Power is Potvin Samuelsson is Morrow Levi is Billy Smith We are getting there people.😜🤣

So if I am reading this right then Power will just get 3 points every game from now on.😁

I would really like to see Samuelsson and Dahlin paired up eventually with Dahlin playing the off side. Think he is the type of partner Dahlin needs long term.

Power is 1 point off his last year’s total. His hockey sense is tremendous and his ability to pass the puck is underrated. Always on the tape or served up perfectly in the wheelhouse for one timers.

I didn’t realize James Patrick coaches the Winnipeg Ice. I’m sure the Sabres used his insight on Krebs and wonder if they will tap into him regarding Savoie and Geekie if the end up with a top 5 pick.

Quinn is a unique case. He played AA hockey coming up. The top players in Ontario play AAA, AA is the secondary team, a step down for the age group. He finally played a year of AAA the year before he went to the OHL. I think Quinn is a natural but it took time to finally explode as his strength and confidence came together. He has tremendous brains, instincts and co-ordination.

UPL was solid again. Hopefully he is coming out of his funk. I know they were trying to spread the wealth but Mersh didn’t really fit with Quinn and Krebs. Let the kids play together, they all ply the game the same and have chemistry. Everyone wants Quinn Krebs Peterka, let them work their magic. They have enough depth with Murray, Mersh, Malone, MacInnis, Weissbach, Biro, Pekar etc to make up solid lines. I liked both Samuelson and Laakssonen tonight.

Not including lockouts this has to be the most talent Rochester has had in a long time. Rousek would have been fun watching fly around the ice with Weissbach stride for stride.
