  1. I think everyone who sent her an email could tell the difference between a @state.gov and whatever domain was used for her email.
  2. So I'm going to take issue with this "retroactively" word. The world is a dynamic place. The reason they don't transit work information through personal email systems is that the information that comes before the Secretary of State's eyes is at least sensitive. What might be insignificant one day, can become significant on another day. That's why they don't take chances. You keep everything behind the appropriate fire walls. Breech those rules and firewalls and you have what happened to her. I care not one wit that it is retroactively judged to be so. The words being used these days are "top secret". She should have cared enough to safeguard the information that passed through her office and email.
  3. Perhaps, if true. Did they find classified information on his server?
  4. Sorry.. No.. Without giving away too much of where I work, I can guarantee you that she knew what she was doing and choose to do it anyway. She like every other government employee signs paperwork stating the do's and don'ts of using a government computer system. She signs that statement yearly or every two years depending on the agency. Couple that with what her position was, and the sensitivity on just about all the email she received, and there is NFW you can reach the conclusion that she blundered her way into this. She even went so far as to get a State Department IT geek and pay him off the books to manage her server for her. She, like every government employee, is aware that the content of her/their searches, her/their email and any other use of said computer system is monitored. She didn't want the monitoring. For what reason, I can't speak to. But this was done to subvert the monitoring and rules. If she was anybody else at this juncture, they would be tossing her house looking for evidence. She is responsible for spillage (leak of classified to an unclassified system). If this happens to Joe Smoe government employee, the wheels on whatever they were doing stop. Investigations begin. Hard drives get wiped. Reprimands begin up to and including dismissal. It is a big deal no matter how she spins it publicly and how the press chooses to report it. And it's the height of hypocrisy that she will get away with it.
  5. That was pretty funny..Well done..
  6. Stick: I echo this. The whole Russian thing was juvenile. Carrot: I marvel at the folks who can remember what a user's name was before. I literally could not tell you that Hoss<--Tank; let alone Hoss<--Tank<--DStebb; I go more by avatar than name.
  7. He had to be worth more than a 5th.. Dallas was desperate.
  8. I thought the Patriots decision to go no huddle and throw the ball a bazillion times was brilliant. Rex could not match down and distance and could not rotate the DL like he would have liked to.
  9. Wow, the phins are banged up in some pretty important positions.
  10. Interesting that Edmonton did not play McDavid last night in their preseason opener... Edit: Oops.. they had a split squad. He played in the second game and records 2A
  11. I remember being one of the critics of Reinhart last year during the preseason. He did nothing. I was looking for anything out of him (point-wise) to show he was ready. Now fast forward to last night and the shiny new toy has an A and G (SHG and GWG). Let's hope Reinhart is ready this year. The evidence suggests he is, but I want to see him find the net against NHL-level competition. The future sure looks brighter.
  12. Take more of Ukraine. Get closer to the border.. Stop buying Polish goods.. Stop selling natural gas...
  13. I for one was highly entertained yesterday. Not happy with the execution, but that was a heckuva football game. On to week three.. The NFL season is a progression. Pick yourself up and move on.
  14. So nice to see this thread.. Didn't think we would see it televised.
  15. Aaron Williams was horrible today. All that talk and then to play that poorly... sheesh
  16. Yeah.. It was a frustratingly fun game.. I'll take it.. They did not lay down.. Brady threw like 59 times.. His arm will likely fall off this week.
  17. TT should run on every play now. They will be playing soft Would have been a different game had they now give them two short field TDs..
  18. Hold them to a FG here and there is a chance...
  19. There's still hope.. if only they made those 2pt conversions. umm we still have a ball game
  20. D line getting pawned today by a rookie center and guard.
  21. Bills getting some momentum and push now. and then Lewis gets free
  22. What a brilliant game plan by New England so far..
  23. No defensive line push is the story of this game.
