Just noticed that Yahoo is waiving the minimum 2 goalie starts for this week due to the paucity of games for some NHL teams

Again, most "kicks" are really lifting your skating and angling the puck in by redirection. I think guys would be too easy to topple over if they routinely picked up their feet to fully kick a puck in.

Father time will eventually degrade Belicheck and Brady. Belicheck could win it all this year and retire. You never know about these things. He'll eventually be gone and so too will Brady. True dat about Marino, but if you lived through it, you remember it wasn't easy. Miami week was a big deal. I lived through 0-20 to Miami in the 70s. Everything passes,and NE will pass too..

The thing is most kicks aren't really full wind up and kick.. It's more kicking motion and redirection and I am fine with that. High sticks too.. Any which way you beat the goalie is fine by me except interfering physically with his body

I'm sure next year will be better. My expectations have been re-calibrated to 8-8, so anything north of that will be better.. and Brady will be one year older...

Ryan Miller made it to the first shoot out shooter last night and then tweaked something. He came out of the game against Florida

Erik Karlsson was on the ice for 36:34 tonight in a 60 minute game... That's crazy. He regularly does 30m a night.

I heard today that the D got their 20th sack today. That is a mere pittance to what they had last year. Might just be the biggest tell of what went wrong this season.
