  1. I think Murray's 2014 draft looks poor and his 2015 and 2016 look much better. He didn't have his people in place in 2014 though.
  2. Well, all I can say is when I posted a comment that Boldin was too old and the signing did not look good I was linked to from the other board where the majority of posters were angry that I had a different opinion than theirs.
  3. That's fine. I can handle differing opinions. But 13 is crazy upset that not everyone thinks Sean Jauron is a genius.
  4. Why don't you just post on your own account. I don't need you to translate my words. People can like or dislike what I have to say without your supervision. You do realize you were the one that came and attacked me? I have been civil on both boards. It's the fans that think only their narrow opinion matters like yourself that turns a discussion into an argument. Stop being angry because some fans want better results than trading their best players for scraps.
  5. Rosen has incredible arm talent. He is also soft. Will be definitely watching him and the Bills better pray that the third best QB prospect is elite because I expect 2 QB's to go before Buffalo gets to pick.
  6. Because the other bad teams realize they are bad. Sean not smart enough. Time to man up. With a genius like Sean and Terry P running the team you better be assuming playoffs. If not get out of here with your weak takes.
  7. They are a bottom 5 team. The issue is that the other rebuilding teams are smarter than Sean the Wrestler who wants to Jauron his way to 7 wins. Why don't you predict playoffs? If you lose you leave.
  8. I was at 5 wins with Sammy. Need to make the adjustment now that they have no one who can stretch or challenge a defense.
  9. Can you present a translation in English? Listen, you obviously know more than me. Let's make a bet on the Bills season. Since you are such a smart person and I am mentally challenged.
  10. Rest in Peace. Sad loss for Ottawa and the entire NHL community.
  11. Sure. I agree. That's why my mind was already made up on Mahomes before the pre-season. All last night showed was what was already on tape. His pocket presence, quick release, accuracy, and ability to throw on the run. He could have thrown 3 picks or 5 TD's last night and it would not have changed my mind. I was just told by people that Mahomes was this 5 year project that would struggle taking snaps under center and it is clear that the QB gurus were right and the talking heads on ESPN were wrong yet again. And this progress is reported from people monitoring him in KC, not a few snaps in the 3rd quarter in a pre-season game.
  12. Trust the Process.
  13. There is a whole lot of room between preseason is meaningless and the idea that I take meaning out of every snap. You created a binary world where those are the two choices and I am explaining there is a lot of middle ground between those. Turk Schonert got fired in preseason when it was apparent he had no clue. I expected little from the new Bills offense and expected a step back so limited preseason viewing did not create the opinion. It only did not invalidate it. It can work to a degree. See Doug Marrone. I would prefer a more creative and innovative coach. And Rex was not conservative?! He wanted to run the ball every play if he could.
  14. These coaches have reputations across the NFL. From what I have heard, McDermott's reputation is a very conservative coach. That seems to line up with his selection of Dennison and Frazier who have similar things said about them. We shall see soon enough.
  15. You are implying a whole lot from a comment. I am not basing my evaluation of the Bills offense on preseason as I can just look at the roster and the coaches. So yes, you are putting words in my mouth.
  16. You want to make an avatar bet on that?
  17. When I have information that I think helps illuminate a discussion I share it when it makes sense. Your opinion that I do this to impress people on a message board is your own flawed guesswork. There is no need to have a source working for the Sabres or the Bills to see that the Pegulas are clueless when it comes to running their sports teams.
  18. You just made all that up. But thanks for putting words in my mouth. Here is what I saw, a top QB prospect that took a snap under CENTER(was told this would be hard for him) rolled out, motioned as if he was leading a WR, then threw a perfect dart across his body over a defender's arm for a TD. Was it just pre-season? Sure. But there is some value to watching it. And your contention that my opinion on QB's is wrong is your right. But go ahead and describe your QB board for this year and next. Put yourself out there if you want to attack my opinion.
  19. I don't have an inside source at the Sabres. And Buffalo is a small town. Knowing someone that works for the Bills is unimpressive.
  20. Great post. That's all we can do as fans. Hope for the best and not put our money into a team that is not serious.
  21. The only reason the Sabres have a chance is Jack Eichel. It is common knowledge among the players that Jack and his agent told the Pegulas he would not resign with Buffalo unless Bylsma and Murray were shown the door and competent replacements made.
  22. That would make sense. But the Bills are middling it. They want to lie to the fans and pretend they are pushing for the playoffs. And they want to claim they are setting us up for some golden future. But the truth is you can't win and rebuild at the same time. That's like pushing your foot on the brake and accelerator at the same time. The keys were handed to a rookie head coach who was also given control of personnel. First big mistake was when Sean watched the film and did not evaluate the Bills roster correctly. Andy Benoit, of MMQB, watches massive amounts of film on every NFL team. He rated the Bills as having a bottom 5 roster. He was right. Sean then believed he was smart enough to coach up this roster to the playoffs and brought back Tyrod. This then triggered Sammy Watkins demand for a trade and he got jack squat for him. Fans deserve better than this. But this is what happens when you have incompetent owners like the Pegulas who decide to not do a real GM and coaching search. Here is the information on the coaching search from the Buffalo News. It demonstrates that they were not interviewing the best candidates with an open mind. Someone at One Bills Drive was pushing McDermott before he even interviewed here. Could it be the same guy who pushed Rex Ryan on the team when the football guys thought it was a bad idea? One of those places was the NFL's Personnel Development Committee, which includes former Bills GM and Hall-of-Famer Bill Polian. Polian, fellow Hall-of-Famers Ron Wolf, Tony Dungy, John Madden and other committee members submitted a list of candidates that was distributed to all of the owners of teams searching for a new coach. McDermott's name jumped out at the Pegulas and they promptly made him the first of four candidates they would interview. It was notable that, the day before the "formal" interview that would include Whaley and former director of player personnel Jim Monos, the Pegulas invited McDermott to join them for dinner on their yacht in Boca Raton, Fla. He had the Pegulas at "hello." He impressed them so much, that as Kim drove McDermott to the airport after the next day's six-hour session, she was already telling him to have his wife (who had been invited to Boca Raton as well, but couldn't make the trip) call her for information about housing and other essentials in Western New York. http://buffalonews.com/2017/05/01/vic-caruccis-bills-wake-call-new-gm-wont-change-structure/ Note that Sean's name "jumped out" off a list prior to any formal interviews! Why was that? Why was he the priority? Why were the Pegulas sold on him before interviewing anyone else? Why were the football people not there and Sean was hanging out on a yacht privately before interviewing or being asked ONE FOOTBALL question? Why was the list of other "interviews" so unimpressive? This was not a serious search folks. This was like when Pegula ran into Lafontaine and offered him complete control and Lafontaine told Terry he was not qualified.
  23. Does not look good enough for the explosive Bills offense that did not manage a 3rd down conversion in 40 minutes of the pre-season. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sNNeEuOlBKM
