I live in Panther country and kinda adopted them as a second team. This is probably the most skilled team they have had. Their GM did an incredible job of drafting and trading and built a top 3 team this year. The Sabres will have to play really good defensively and get good goaltending. And stay out of the box. Most likely this is a 6-2 type game.

I am shocked Ottawa is this bad. I thought for sure they would be .500 this year. The Maple Leafs look like actual contenders this year.

I think Power is going to be a very good defenseman.

My guess Houser will be up if Toker out.

I don’t think there can be an argument made against your assertion. The only thing I can think of is the lack of quality forwards he has in front of him. But it’s getting to the point he’s been overexposed to a losing culture.

I see no improvement defensively under Granato thus far. It’s no different than RK.

Honestly NE is officially the best team in the AFC and it’s not even close. That team is a machine. We can’t remotely play inconsistent as we’ve been or we could get blown out again.

I had high hopes for R2 at the end of last season. Too bad he hasn’t been effective this year.

And KA was hoping for Ullmark when there were several other options. Maybe they said no but who knows. Seems a massive miscalculation to go into this season like that. We all knew there wasn’t much of a chance Anderson made it long term anyways.

Detroit is second in the league in shooting percentage. They score goals. They are not a playoff team but are ahead of us by at least a year.
