Not trying to just single you out but many seem to forget that we took pommers to get scandella. Secondly, we gave away Ennis as part of the swap. I believe Minny has or plans to buy him out.

Is callaway our new Sabres insider?
-
Hope so but I think that's wishful thinking. I would love parayko back tho. I'd be ok with parayko, first and a second. Along with a blues cap dump.

The fan base literally had a go fund me page set up to buy out Gardiners contract last year and he’s the best of them all. He’s a good puck mover but still a liability in his own end. They do have some guys coming but I would be pretty surprised if Liljegren plays a significant roll this season. I don’t know much about Dermott. Leafs probably have a top 3 forward group in the league and a decent to good goalie but their D is not good. I would rank them bottom half of the league pretty easily. I talk to arrogant leaf fans daily who brag about guys even during the teams down years and it’s pretty unanimous everyone I talk to is constantly concerned about their D. There’s a reason their games are usually high scoring even though Anderson is a pretty good goalie.

What?? Morgan Riley is the only guy I would feel comfortable labelling as a top 4 on that team.

No Lehner to wings then."....

$5 Mil for bozak?? Lol

I would absolutely love grabner on a short term deal.
-
Oh man ur knocking them out of the park today!
-
Yep I agree with this. Probably best to wait for the big domino to fall. Although the only real team I could see making a push if they miss out is San Jose. My guess is the much reported rumours around St. Louis ends up winning out. Also this.

Thanks. So if a deal was really in place or close it could be announced anytime now.
-
Please please please Thomas. When could this trade go down? After noon today or would it have to wait until tomorrow?
-
Or good call Derrico. Oh thanks Charlie. Blue, don’t old jbott in bad light. Rumours were probably bs they were pushing hard.

So at this point Lou must know but keeping it to himself? -
He was good. I feel like he's very high end skill but I just wonder about that size. Here was a picture of my little guys at the photo both today. http://fearlessfamilyzone.dpmsmobile.com/FE571D Edit - I'm not very tech savy so hopefully the link works.

After Randall big long post about click bait I'm also a believer. Don't care who it is, I think they all want to be in the know and click bait. I'll believe what happens if and when it happens and not giving these 'insider's anything.

Nice. Thanks for the info. His numbers last year were really good. If I remember correctly it was like goals against of 1.99 and save percentage around .938. Something like that.

Pick John Tavares' Next Team -- Update -- JT to Leafs

This. If Tampa is offering pretty close salary why not go there? Championship calaber team, beautiful weather and cheap taxes. -
Let's wait until something more than a rumor happens before critisising.

Well I'm guessing Tavares is out on the Islanders by this point. -
Finally made it back home and tourney was streamed so not sure if it's necessary to throw out my observations but here they are: *Dahlin looked fantastic the first two games but seemed to tire as it went on. He is such a fluid skater, my wife says he looks like a gazelle out there. *Mittelstadt, what can you say? His hands are elite. Just elite. He was worth the price of admission today (ok it was free but still). I've been wrong about prospects before but he looks to have that high end skill but unlike Nylander you don't just see it in warm ups and shootouts. He played his best in semi and final game. Which seems to go with his career m.o. so far that he rises when the games get bigger. *Pekar is one of my new favorite prospects. If you are just some goon taking shots at our top prospects than I have no time for you. But this guy has some skill. If I didn't know he's a recently drafted 4th round pick I would think he's an older, decent prospect. Watch for him moving forward. *Sheppard, atleast I think that's his name. He looked really good. I checked his gaa and sv percentage from last year on the program and they were great. I think NCAA numbers too. Hope he gets a contract. *Guhle looked really good. One of the best, if not, the best skater in the organization. He looks ready to be in the top 6 this year but let's see what JBott does. You can tell he's a step above the competition today. *Oloffson (too lazy to look up spelling) was also excellent. I know he's 22 and therefore should look good but that shot is elite. I hope he gets a long look in training camp. I give liger credit for Pumping his tires the last couple of years. Could the Sabres finally hit on a late round pick? *Asplund was solid. Nothing noticeable but smart plays and that's his game. Sorry for the long post.
