    Were most of us not thrilled when Murray came in for his ability to evuate talent?? Then he goes and identifies a couple guys he wants and pulls the trigger. This isn't Darcy where u have to win every trade at face value.

    I disagree, best case scenario for buffalo regarding moulson is isles trade vanek soon and for a good package. There is a school of thought that teams might be using buffalo to lower the price for vanek. Pretty scary it's snow potentially setting the market for moulson.

    I'm just asking you to get your stats right. Maybe if you realized he actually scored 28 twice and not once and also scored a bunch (led the blues in scoring) in the shortened season you would have a different opinion of him.

    You had better check your stats again as he scored 28 in 09/10 and 28 in 10/11 as well as 18 in 48 games in the short season last year. I know you love projecting out numbers. So even including this down year he has scored or on pace for 25 plus in 3 of 5 years.

    Bobby Lu traded to Florida I guess the rebuild starts now in Vancouver. what did they get back I wonder?

    I know they have alot invested in Fleury but man he seems to cumble in the playoffs every year. I would think Halak would be a nice insurance policy if they can get him for the right price.

    That's true, but we can push a trade with OTT or whoever back to the trade deadline if need be. I don't really think of Stewart as your prototypical deadline rental type player anyways. He may still go before tomorrow but if not then I think something can happen in the summer if that's the way TM wants to go.

    Agreed. Stewart doesn't have to be a piece that is moved as he still has term left. Not looking good on much return for Halak though.

    Yep. Also it's great that TM moved Miller on Friday while he had the chance. We've all said how difficult the market is to trade a goaltender this time of year.

    I think this is a very real possibility. Maybe not 15th but something like 8th or 10th from the bottom. Even if they traded the Hoff I'm not convinced Risto, Zad, Myers (he's finally found his game again) and Pysyk won't be a decent top 4 that is superior to this club's current top 4. The real issue is whether we sign a decent goaltender. I really don't think Enroth can get the job done over the course of a full season.

    I'm saying 25% chance he gets moved before the game. Although Murray didn't seemed pleased the way everything went down with the Miller trade so I would assume it would be within the next couple of hours if he is.

    Yep. Also, we can bring in some more vets this offseason (not that they will likely be high end). Also, do we not have coaches?
