I'm ###### done with this team. They sell us on how drafting well and near the top is how to rebuild a team. Many, including myself, absolutely agree with that strategy. We give up cheering for our team and watch it dismantled for three plus years and Reinhart is the only top 5 pick we will end up with? What a waste. After watching the first period and saw another backup goalie we would face I turned it off. I think I'll spend some more time with my family the next little while and not waste my time with watching another minute of this middling team. Nice to see the young D pairing develop but it's one year too soon. ###### you Enroth.

Ya we could change the passing TD to 6 points for sure. I'm actually not positive of the tie breaker (it was the default) but I agree it should be total points. I'll look into changing that as well.

I can go PPR. No sure about defensive players. I've heard other leagues go 2 QB. Not sure if that puts too much emphasis on the position though.

With the final week of the regular season starting tomorrow I want to thank everyone for a good season. It seems like nobody felt they had a great team but it will be a tight playoff race at the end. Good luck to the 8 that still have a chance to pull off the championship. I will set up a league again next year. Any suggestions to changes to rules/format will be welcomed. As I had mentioned before, the idea of a dynasty league might be cool.

Sure seems like a consensus top 3 right now. Although I wonder if Hanifin falls a spot or two on draft day due to player position, similar to Seth Jones a couple of years back.

As much as this is really pissing me off these meaningless wins (losses) there is a silver lining. Watching that game last night and the past few zadorov and risto look like our best players and a legit pairing. Sportsnet feed was drooling over them on more than a couple of occasions and I completely agree. Not to mention Girgs has seemed to take a large step forward as well. Having said that I would love to see a bunch more losses the rest of the way and add atleast one more top line forward to this team. I think we've already past the point of bottoming out and our high picks from the past three years are starting to contribute.

Happy thanksgiving ss!! Sat around doing nothing but watch football all day and ate some turkey. The beauty of mimicking thanksgiving in canada is I don't have to deal with the travel and family drama.

Living with your wife during her pregnancy. Plus the MIL is down. Thank God I booked off the American Thanksgiving and Friday. Actually, sometimes I think I would rather be at work. :blink:

Sometimes teams will get a bit more motivation after a trade (as long as it's not a sell off). So maybe the teams play a bit better in the short term atleast.

I just wish Marner had Corry Perry size but he is a very special talent. I still wish I wasn't thinking of guys like Marner and Edmonton would actually win a game now and then.

It sucks to say but just the fact of trading Myers it will greatly increase our chances of landing that can't miss prospect you mention.

I think anyone willing to move Myers in a package deal is doing this because our team scores 1.5 goals per game and are sick of our lack of scoring. You have to give up something to get something and seeing that Zad and Risto look the part then I think we may be able to turn our D depth into some more scoring. I think Myers is a good player who still has more potential so I wouldn't give him away.

Hmmmmm I would love to make a deal similar to that. I would even say pass on the roster player and go with a bit better prospect. Adding a Shinkaruk would be incredible. Helps the tank, adds a much needed scoring prospect and would make it so I wont jab my eyes out if we pick third and take Hannifan.
