Unless we win the lottery we're not picking in the top 5. Currently we're 4th last and only 3 points out of not being in the bottom 5. Considering the expected return of Reindhartd after the ASG and Eichel finally putting up the points some expected at the start of the year I don't see much of a chance finishing in the bottom 5.

I've got a pretty decent lineup this weekend (as it involves no kids for a day and a half). Not much planned for tonight but tomorrow night my brother got us Raptors tickets sitting in the lower bowl. We're right by the one net in the section in which you get those streamers to distract the opposing free throw shooters. Haven't been to a Raps game in probably 3 or 4 years. Then it's out for drinks in T.O. and back to his place later for some drinking darts. Then on Sunday I'm taking the family to the Generals game. Team is only a shadow of the Memorial Cup team from last year but with the Sabres off for a week, I need my hockey fix somehow.

I'm always watching the game when they play. But I record it and start watching around 830. You can get through it in an hour and almost catch up to live by the end. I can't imagine suffering through two and a half hours of them.

It would be pretty close. Imagine what it would take for this fanbase to be satisfied in trading Risto. That's what it would cost us to get Barrie.

Pysyk leaving. I'd be willing to take a shot at Drouin if the price is right but I would like to see Pysyk as part of this core moving forward. Not sure this would work out. He would cost a ton to acquire. His value would be close to Risto IMO. Actually, it'll be interesting to see how comparable of deals these guys sign in the offseason. Edit - Didn't realize he's three years older than Risto. His value wouldn't be as much but still probably far to rich for my blood.
