  1. So, this is good news. Krueger and Smith both needed to go. Granato is fine in the interim. What’s next?
  2. Yeah, it’s just an understanding that tv ratings are a measure of percentage, not a measure of volume.
  3. Highest TV ratings, often yes. Most eyes on tv’s, no. It’s not the best market. It’s still a small market, regardless of the high tv ratings.
  4. Aww, don’t you sell yourself short! Also, whoever wrote it is a moron, but you want someone to please explain it to you???
  5. Yeah! Happy Birthday to whoever’s birthday it is!
  6. Today is the day that Pegula finally relented?
  7. Sad to think he would need to, but maybe. He works for the owners, so TP is technically his boss, boss, but Bettman also has to watch out for the best interests of the league as a whole too.
  8. Yeah, I think there will be an interim coach on Thursday. I wonder who though. 🤔
  9. As per usual, when somethings got to give, it’s the Sabres that give way.
  10. Yesterday can’t come soon enough. Whats the diaper reference?
  11. Nah, maybe not everyone wants to come to Buffalo, but there are only 31(32) teams and people want jobs. Also, Pegulas tend to pay pretty well, so that helps sometimes.
  12. There are a lot of players who I’d like to see under a different head coach........all of them actually.
  13. 11 in a row, at home. Not 11 in a row. Lindy’s seat might be getting warm, but I don’t think anyone thought NJ would be good this season.
  14. I’m calling Bologna.
  15. In general, having more scouts (more information) is better than having less, but if you don’t properly use the information available to you, it’s not going to matter much. I think more important than the number of scouts, is having the few people at the top able to correctly interpreted the information that they have.
  16. I don’t think that’s what Elliot meant. I think he was saying that it’s smart to gauge interest in all players and be considering the possibility of a future without Eichel.
  17. When someone makes a bunch of decisions that look good, most of them work out in the end, but a couple don’t, they can reasonably say, “well hindsight’s 20/20.” When someone makes a bunch of decisions, half look bad, half look good, and in the end almost all of them don’t work out, the hindsight is 20/20 argument doesn’t hold much water.
  18. No. They had a lot more than that.
  19. This may be true at this point, regarding Krueger, but I don’t think it was true from the start of the season.
  20. 1) Keep your pants on. There are ladies present. 2) Seriously, that commercial???
