I also have this weird idea about shifting Quinn to C (as I’ve heard he’s played there before) and running the best bottom 6 in hockey, if we add someone like Ehlers Peterka - Thompson - Tuch Benson - Cozens - Ehlers Zucker - Quinn - Greenway/Krebs Malenstyn - McLeod - Aube-Kubel …all 4 lines could potentially eat. 4th would feast

Just thinking about it. We’d make the playoffs if we added Ehlers. Barring catastrophic injury lucky. Our bottom 6 is too solid for a top 6 with a supplemented Ehlers to miss. I know there’s no guarantees but it would put us in a REALLY good position if we pulled that off. Prospect bandaid is ripped off. Let’s just part with a liiiitle bit more and get this done. The only thing that matters is the result. I‘m not declaring, nor even predicting success: merely stating that if we add a top 6 F, im not sure anything else could have been expected in terms of offseason supplementation. That’s just imo
