So Hunwick should most definitely be on the chopping block is my first take from this. Second thought, the sad part about that is Nelson/Beaulieu would be at least our second pairing for the last 10 years prior to this season. The good news is we are getting picky over our third pairing. Baby steps.

But who did he play with? I don't doubt he graded out that way with any other of our third pairing guys, d-men need chemistry as much as skill. If he skated mostly with Balo or Scandella he was absent both chemistry and skill then.

To me Hunwick is the last resort in cause of a true emergency and they need a veteran d-man just to grind out a few minutes a game till reinforcements arrive. He has the lowest chance to get claimed as everyone already has one of these.

It's almost like we are missing a good 2 way center to shore up our 2nd or third line. We are 0 for 2 in the last few years in getting AND being able to keep them when we find one.

Going completely off my memory here.... But didn't Casey and Rasmus start the year off on fire? Immediate chemistry? One of our best lines?

I'm surprised Balo is not gone already. He wants to play and can't crack the line up. Some where there has to be a bag of pucks...

Can we lose Balo or Hunwick instead?

The Sob that played in St. Louis may be this player you speak off, but the one I watch in a Sabre's sweater is not that at all. He's a turn over machine. TT is not good in the d-zone, average may be pushing it, but he can skate and pass. Two things I don't believe Sob can do better than him.

That seems doable with the roof and fridge. Room for a table, folding chair and some snacks? It could be a while.

After last nights totally pathetic showing by Sob why is TT the odd man out? Sob gave the puck away for glorious goal scoring opportunities at least three times last night. The worst offense in the OT. I'd rather see Elie than Sob at this point.

Please be ready to play Larrson. Sitting Pom or Sob would be nice.

I'm also extremely jealous of people than can type AND spell so I don't use the squiggly red line spell corrector because it leaves me very depressed having to right click every other word. He lead me to believe he lived and was from Philadelphia a year or so back. So he will always be Wild Card from Phili to me no matter where he grew up or currently resides.
