And yes, I know it's hockey 101. But he's so smooth at it, such perfect touch and placement, and he draws the defender first. There've been many a Sabres defenseman who just banks that off the boards and Tuch has to go for a change or get the puck back in the Caps zone and already be pinned to the boards by 2 Caps.

For his poor decision not to clear, that was a great board battle and holdup at the blue line by Greenway to turn that puck back into a Mitts possession for another chance. He wins on the boards. (And yes, with his size and muscle, he should.)

Greenway, that's got to come out of the zone. You're putting Dahlin and Power in a world of hurt there.
