One exception I can think of, thanks to Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski, and John McCain voting no, was not allowing Trump to dismantle the Affordable Care Act without something to replace it. Democrats regained the House during the midterms, but Republicans maintained control of the Senate throughout Trump's term.

Your information is out of date. Trump has 76.8 million votes, 49.9% of the total. That percentage has continued to trend downward, so it is unlikely he crests 50% again.

The smile on Putin's face should be enough evidence for anyone. Also, let's not forget Trump trying to keep weapons from Ukraine, dogwhistling to the Kremlin that the US was soft on Russia. Or the fact that Republicans in Congress voted to do nothing when Putin invaded Crimea.
