  1. He played much better against the Dolphins, but I'll be surprised if CB and OL don't end up being particular points of emphasis in the offseason.
  2. Diggs actually tripped and fell on the play; that's why he was open.
  3. To the first: he never really had to make any throws. We shut out the Dolphins. To the second: I literally complained to a friend about our receivers never catching contested throws 2 plays before Diggs caught that big pass against Howard. I think it's the biggest weakness we have with our receiving corps. They're pretty good at route running and getting separation, but they never fight for the ball.
  4. They're both 1-1, so I'm not sure I would say on another level. They both appear to be damn good, though.
  5. Really, we're going to blame the receivers here? So many of his throws weren't even catchable. He was 17/33 for 179 yards, for crying out loud. You don't think that's bad? Really? In today's NFL?
  6. I don't understand how you can watch him today and not think he had a bad day. And he didn't have to deal with TJ Watt.
  7. Yeah, that was impressive.
  8. Josh is 6/12 for 55 yards. 5/11 for 20 if you take away the big completion to Sanders.
  9. You guys aren't and haven't been talking about COVID in relation to the Bills, so please just shut the hell up and let's get back on topic. If I had mod powers, I'd be putting at least 4 people on vacation right now. Including people I both agree with and don't.
  10. So, uh, squish the fish!
  11. Most of my outrage is really just frustration over the utter tripe that was on the field today. And face guarding isn't a thing in the NFL, so please stop trying to say it is. 2e isn't faceguarding.
  12. So anytime a WR runs a route, they should just turn around and run into the coverage because that's apparently a penalty. Get out of here with that ridiculous argument.
  13. Uh, Levi didn't cut off the path. That's an even worse call, if that's what it went down as. Oof.
  14. ARTICLE 2. PROHIBITED ACTS BY BOTH TEAMS WHILE THE BALL IS IN THE AIR. Acts that are pass interference include, but are not limited to: (a) Contact by a player who is not playing the ball that restricts the opponent’s opportunity to make the catch; (b) Playing through the back of an opponent in an attempt to make a play on the ball; (c) Grabbing an opponent’s arm(s) in such a manner that restricts his opportunity to catch a pass; (d) Extending an arm across the body of an opponent, thus restricting his ability to catch a pass, and regardless of whether the player committing such act is playing the ball; (e) Cutting off the path of an opponent by making contact with him, without playing the ball; (f) Hooking an opponent in an attempt to get to the ball in such a manner that it causes the opponent’s body to turn prior to the ball arriving; or (g) Initiating contact with an opponent by shoving or pushing off, thus creating separation. The absolute best argument you can make is by playing on the vague 2a by saying that Levi wasn't playing the ball (i.e. didn't look back) and restricted the opportunity to catch. I mean, anyone defending the ball is trying to restricting the opponent's opportunity to catch, so that's a horribly worded sentence.
  15. No, it really hasn't. That's almost never called. And people complain when that kind of play is called.
  16. Okay, show me the rulebook where that's a PI then.
  17. If all you need to do is turn your head for a call not to be PI, and literally change nothing else, then it shouldn't be a PI to begin with.
  18. Don't use the 'r' word about Allen if you're posting on our sister board. They couldn't fathom the possibility he might regress this season.
  19. No, I'm talking about Levi. I don't like that call at all. He had every right to be in that spot.
  20. Garbage DPI call leads to Pitt TD instead of Buffalo ball.
  21. Oh wait, it went down as a sack
  22. How was that not intentional grounding?
  23. You can do it!
  24. 1. It very well might be. I'm a bit of a social recluse, so it's more than possible that I haven't been exposed to it. 2. I guess that's your way of saying you're very old, because you don't know how old I am.
  25. I feel old; I think this must be slang kids are saying these days.
