Jimmy “Dishes” Vesey - future star or the next Sheary?
Randall Flagg replied to GASabresIUFAN's topic in The Aud Club
The bold might not be true though. It certainly wasn't true for Sheary last year, who scored a goal on a goalie one single time in a 43 game span while we fell out of contention. If these guys aren't actual good hockey players, production aside, then we are going to continue having the same problems that killed our season last year. And they don't have strong track records of being good hockey players, production aside. -
The Bills are behind just two teams in number of 70+ yard TD drives. And sure, they faced some bad defenses - so did the teams above them, which faced NYG, ARI, MIA, and WSH

But how many points did Matt Donovan have?? -
This game is disgusting and neither team deserved even a fraction of one percent of the attention they got this offseason.

Random thoughts: This is unscientific, but I enjoyed how often it appeared that Dahlin and Jack were on the ice at the same time. I'd try to make that happen as often as possible within reason during the season. The lighting in that arena was terrible. Initial thoughts on Joki are that he should get top pairing minutes in Rochester. Scandella had the best play of the night, batting a puck out of mid-air around a guy and then beating him to it in the corner and getting it out of the zone. Dahlin skates even better than last season, but PA would be sad to hear about that Pittsburgh breakaway goal! Beautiful pass to Sheary though. Tage was fine, but did not look different from how he did last preseason. Gotta see him play against real players. Nothing really stuck out super far positively or negatively, which makes sense given what the game was

Mahomes is/will be a GOAT-level player. It's also true that his WRs had like by far the most separation of any other QB's last year, isn't it? I've never seen a guy get so many wide open looks for TDs. So he's definitely helped a lot by scheming and talent, though he'd certainly still be ridiculous without it. But yeah I wish we had Mahomes
