I think both of you just might be right!

I think there is a very large spectrum with idiot on one side, and genius on the other side. I don't think they are any more geniuses than idiots, and the answer is in the middle. However, we will see how the response of the US impacts them 5 years down the road.

OT : NHL 15 - On EA Access Early Release for XBOX ONE
Johnny DangerFace replied to Kristian's topic in The Aud Club
No you don't have to join a team/club and play, there is "drop-in" games where you play with randoms and its still really fun. No different than playing call of duty with randoms or going into a game with 5 friends. Yea iit is better with friends, but its not a requirement. Matches last like 20 minutes, but it is really some of the most fun and competitive gaming I have ever seen. yea nhl 15 on old gen is a copy and paste. So to compare, the old gen nhl 15 is NHL 14 with roster update (still has all the modes, and crappy computer AI) while the next gen NHL 15 has an entirely new gameplay experience that is a blast, but lacks heavily on the modes -

Hey tank when it comes back you gotta play EASHL. I never played until nhl 14 and it the most competitive and fun multiplayer iv ever done. I say that as someone who played a ton of halo and shooters -

Hey I'm excited for nhl 16 and iv always favored the nhl series over the others sports franchises. But people who buy the game for gm mode or EASHL got screwed over a bit. I'm dissapointed (but I'm not going to boycott the game anything or rage, but I'll just play nhl 15 on my 360 and enjoy the modes.) And I have no idea about the dev team size, in sure it's smaller than madden and fifa, but I don't know if it's smaller compared to a normal game dev team? I will say though, anyone expected EA to add EASHL via download when they have said they won't is a goof. My guess is the fix GM mode, add OTP, and that's it. Also, if the features come back better than ever next year awesome. It'll have the solid gameplay they built this year (the foundation like you explained), with the features that are to be expected. -

You can't really defend the laundry list of modes and features they left out. I played the demo and the gameplay is a million times better. But I play GM mode and EASHL only. I'm not getting the version without EASHL. If your a gm mode, EASHL, live the life then old gen works better. If you are a HUT or okay playing against AI, next gen is for you. Every other sports franchise managed to carry over their features, while the nhl series skipped an installment to have longer dev times, and didn't carry over much -

Ea says it's not coming. The link you provided says it's not coming. You suck at trolling and I'm not responding any more to you today, bye -

One, That link even says EASHL isn't coming..... Two, that's an opinion piece from an unknown website. My link was EAs one and only statement on eashl -

You are such a clown and obvious troll. EA said EASHL isn't coming, the majority of the game modes are missing, and gm mode is broken. What in the world are you talking about? EA said they are going to try and add stuff in via patch (not EASHL). But they have failed at that promise before. And why are you babbling about blogs, go plug in your game and see if you can find the game modes -

Unless things have changed, EA has confirmed EASHL will not be making it into nhl 15 for xbox one or PS4. Why do you think it is coming (honest question)? http://www.easports.com/nhl/news/2014/nhl-15-game-modes -

I play two modes in the nhl series, gm mode and EASHL. Nexgen version doesn't cut it for me until next year. Your opinion is in the minority but nice job attacking the majority for no reason because they don't agree with you. The GM mode is broken and there is no EASHL (nor will there be this year). Iv always had the opinion that once you play EASHL you can't go back playing against the computer -

Yea NHL 14 was very solid. And yea the gameplay is incredible on the nexgen consoles, it's just killing all the features stinks -

They updated the computer AI and the puck physics a little bit, and the ratings progression system in gm mode (young players get better the more you play them). But yea it's basically NHL 14 with new rosters and that's it. No broken or missing features -

everything that was in nhl 14 for the 360ps3 is in nhl 15 for the 360/ps3. So GM mode still has drafting, etc. -
If Ray Rice never plays again it wont be because he hit a woman, it is because he will be 28/29 and hasnt been good since 2012. While this should have happened months ago, good job NFL and Ravens. Its never too late to admit you were wrong (even if you phrase it as you now have new evidence) and do the right thing
-
It's not that his A team is gone or he is defeated, it's that he has to play a little less at the joke of game our political system has become
-
I really think the redskins are going to be garbage this year
-
The bills ran 1 play to center the ball (the kneel). And then somehow the FG unit got a delay of game. The playcalling was fine, but the penalty is just boneheaded (there were a lot of boneheaded penalties)
-
I think he did a much better job today at this. I also think he had at least completions of over 20 yards which is nice to see him throwing down field.
-
My thoughts Manuel - Looked very solid today and made several downfield throws to woods, watkins, and williams. Twice he could have tried for a 1st down by running, but ran out of bounce instead (love that). He had one bad throw today, and it was an INT The running backs - They all looked great. Explosive plays from all three. I couldn't help but think jackson showed his age a little bit on the screen plays, but still is a strong determined beast. Chandler - This guy just sucks and seems to hurt us frequently. A horrible effort to catch the first pass of the game, and a killer penalty before the first half to take 3 points away. The WRs - Woods, Watkins, and Williams all were beasts out there today and made difficult catches look easy. Wow, im impressed Offensive Line - Gave EJ a ton of time today and opened up some big holes for the run game. Struggled a little bit to get downfield for blocks, and henderson was beat badly twice. Defense - Just a solid performance today. They had some moments where the bear's could pass on them at will, but those mdrives were few and far between. But that is what keeps them from being an elite defense. However, great job creating turnovers! Special Teams - Great punting, kicking, and coverage (easley continued imposing his will)! Is that too much to ask for?
-
Is a mobile Cutler Manuel's ceiling? Cutler is a dynamic passer, who will always make a 1-2 boneheaded plays a week but can also win games.
-
Yea its been a run-run -pass second half, but the team lost all sense of rhythm. I'm not going to blame anyone, but good teams find a way to get out of these funks. Someone has to step up
-
Win or lose they have looked competent against a good team on the road. I like it
-
He doesn't have too and he is still going to have his ups and downs this season. I just wish bills fans understood that and could get excited by his potential at the very least
-
And look at that, first bad call be the ref of the game, 25 yard penalty against the bills (phantom PI call on mckelvin)
