    It's almost like when the coach tells you "just don't throw interceptions," TDs don't seem that important anymore. I don't know if Orton's performance is due to the bolded or just a regression to the mean. Probably a combination of both.

    That's absurd. The first thing I like doing when the Bills win celebrate with Bills fans on the internet. This is my first destination, then I lurk on BBMB a little. BS. We don't know how EJ would be playing if he was in. Either way, Orton played his best football in the month after they gave him the reigns. Since then he's been consistently as bad as EJ was at the beginning of the season. Maybe worse, because at least EJ can run for a first down, or avoid the rush.

    It's not meaningless, because there's still a chance the Bills make the playoffs. But I had the same thought as you. Unbelievable. Packers drop to 0-6 in Buffalo and Orton improves to 5-0 vs GB at home. Speaking of Ortmund, can they just bench him already? Even if you think EJ is the worst QB in the history of football, he still has upside. Ortmund is just... Trent Edwards bad.

    I think it was d4rk who said it last GDT, Ennis is finally looking like Briere. He's starting to use that extra second that his quickness buys him to look up and create, and it's beautiful. That play he had in the office (behind the net) where he just waited and sauced it to Moulson was dirty. Whenever Zemgus goes to the boards to battle, he reaches in with one hand and secures the puck against the wall instead of hitting the opponent. Then when the opponent turns around Zemgus already has possession shielded with his body. It drove me crazy at first, because I wanted him to demolish fools. He comes away with the puck so consistently, though. What a baller.

    His name is Nicolas Deslauriers and he's a skating brick house. Right now he's a good 4th liner who can grow into a 3rd liner. Deslauriers.

    I'll stop when Stafford's not a Sabre anymore. Rick and Rob were hilarious tonight. Does my heart good to hear Rick doing a full game. Girgensons had an off night tonight. Luckily for him, Ennis was everywhere. That finish by Moulson on the cross check pass was a thing of beauty. First full game I've caught in a good while. Keep it going boys!

    Freeman, would you agree that there's a problem with NFL officiating in general? Very few are beating the "refs are out to get us and are the reason we keep losing" drum. Many are beating the "refs are obviously biased towards the good teams" drum. It's certainly not drawing much ire away from the team, coaches, or management from what I can tell.
