This is exactly right. The biggest problem with the trade is the 2 guys that were supposed to give the Sabres Depth behind Eichel ended up being terrible If they got even one player that helped them for 2 /3 years after the trade. You could actually argue it was a good trade for the Sabres

I would say marginal player at best. I’m sure he will get some games but don’t see him as a game changer. I could be wrong. I’d be interested if anyone sees more from him

I feel Dave was much bigger at 6’4 against opponents than Nadeau is now at 6’2 id have to look up the avg height then compared to now similar games I suppose, hopefully Nadeau turns into something Im not holding my breath at this point
