I caught a partial segment last night on WGR with PH saying that, despite Ruff not liking it, and despite Adam's acknowledging it doesn't work, they're going to be running back the 3 goalie rotation. Absolutely mind boggling. You picked Georgiov up off the street 2 weeks ago, you can waive him.

At this point, I don't even care that he's injured now that he's rightfully a 3rd pairing defenseman. Next man up!

Does that mean he's on IR?

I'd imagine so, but I think he should be kept up with the team for the entirety of training camp so he can absorb all the NHL experience he can. Since he's on loan from Europe and not bound by the CHL rules, can he be "called up" to the AHL mid-way through the season if injuries happen or if they decide there's not much more development for him in Seattle?

It blows my mind that he still has an A on his jersey? captains don't need to be skill players, but I expect these guys to lead with their effort on the ice and I've never seen it from Mule.
