    I really think they need to go royal blue next year. These uniforms stink of nothing but losing and losing for far too long.

    Just reading this....don't think I'll be turning this one on. Honestly, I never thought I'd see the day I chose to tune out of games. I'm starting to think Eichel is not going to be near enough of a savior to get out of this mess

    I'm glad they run into a bunch of playoff teams coming up because they absolutely have to know 1 goal stands zero chance. I'm going back to not watching until Eichel gets back, works much better for me. It's just boring and I can't think of one reason why I should be wasting my time this way.

    This is a big game tonight, there is no doubt about it. 4-3 Sabres in OT, 2 fights and no injuries (at least not for us).

    I think I actually may be excited to watch this one. It would be great to roll into the long weekend with a win knowing that we are one more day closer to the return. Like it has been thought all along, play 500 point hockey until he returns and they will come.

    I don't buy it. The problem is that Kane is not good to begin with and our top 2 D are not even in the same universe as Chicago. O'Reilly was not missing until 3 games ago and as far as I can see, their farm system is not ideal. My fear is that they took the shortcut via trades and they missed. If Lehner does not look like a top 10 goalie......add another wasted 1st rounder. By the way, what the hell happened to Girgs, he's a 4th liner on a Cup team.

    I suppose what I am saying is that with or without their top 2 guys right now, the team is 100% pathetic. That shouldn't be without 2 guys on Offense

    Every single one of them. It blows my mind how pathetic and inept this team is when it comes to scoring. 1 goal a game.....totally unacceptable on every level. I have never seen a more boring product in my life and never have I wanted to stop watching.....even in the tank years. This team flat out sucks, sorry.

    Because this feels worse than the tank years. When they were intentionally at the bottom, you were hoping some nice prizes would result from it. Now that the tank is over and assets have all been given away, It feels that they did it all for nothing. Just take a look at Tampa BAy without Stamkos all last year.....the Sabres are in deep trouble. There is no doubt in my mind that the rebuild was done improperly and the wrong players were targeted. I can't even believe how far ahead Toronto is on the eye test. It sucks, it pretty much just sucks. I have not even watched this team the last 3 games and have sold my next 6 games already. How in the world did they mess this up so badly?

    I commend anybody who is still watching these games. I think the most upsetting part about this is that every score I see regarding Toronto, there are like five or six goals every single time.

    I've made the decision to retire until they are in 8 spot. Taking the stress out of watching garbage year after year is what must be done. If that 8 spot is next year so be it. If anyone ever needs tickets (and the game you want is one of my 21), I'll beat any price out there guaranteed....I'm done
