I was offered tickets for the game tomorrow, but I have to work an overnight at 7pm. By time I get that all situated, if have to rush out, beat traffic and hope everything goes smooth (game isn't delayed, no OT) and make it out towards Rochester in time; on top of that I'd have to stay sober. Can't drink and doctor apparently 😜 Sooo I will maybe have one on the couch in the early afternoon and watch from my casa.

Sabres or wild card playoffs... Hmm A few of my foreign friends have given up on following this team for the season. Not with it staying up late to watch the train wreck. I have also kinda quit caring. I post on here a little, but as for following the team and making sure the games are on (whether home or at work)... That interest has dwindled sadly. Kudos to everyone that still has the energy to be here and remain all in.

I had the chance to pop on fubo at work at keep the game on in the background. I made a conscious choice to not do that... Sabres/Golden Knights SHOULD be must see hockey TV, the Eichel saga, the high scoring nature of the teams (ha) Instead, its Brady beating up on the bills for 14 years.

Maybe with the clear signs of warming, I would opt for maybe a February date where chances of cold and no rain are best.

I just binge watched Squid game season 2, and just turned the game back on for Zuckers Hattie. Pretty cool

Just flipped over from football... And we look yuck

I had the game on at work in the background. And yay, they won. For a minute there it looked like the lowly hawks turned it on and we legit couldn't handle them, until we got the 5th, then they packed it in. I'm happy for 2 wins, but against better competition, we get smoked. This team, is still a failure, GM still failed us. Talk to me again if we go on a 13 game winning streak to save our season, until then, sabres are built to fail in crunch time, only start playing when it's off the table and are led by the worst GM in the NHL.

We only lose 3 more games in regulation. We go into the playoffs on a tear, Josh Allen is at the game and he beats the drum so loud that he shatters the skin on it. Meanwhile Hailee S gets into a drawn out cat fight with T Swift during the party in the Plaza, ripping her hair out causing Kelce and Gronk to show up and go all G+G fitness on the crowd. Terry is there getting a nice massage with palm oil (see what I did there) from KA while Karmanos films his technique, Terry doesn't have to pay for the ssage so it keeps his EEE lifestyle afloat. Rob Ray shows up out of nowhere babbling, wearing a diaper and rocking an unplugged microphone as orderlies from the Buff psych center attempt to chase him down, not far behind, Tie Domi is shooting paintballs at the "one flew over a cukoo nest" razor. Golisano flies back in and is on top of the roof of the arena just sprinkling white granted sugar all over the crowd while sabertooth is shooting white t shirts with the word "Paychex" on the front. Mark my words, all of this will happen after the holidays. No, I'm not intoxicated, just tired😜

Positives... I worked overnight and went skiing today. We also didn't have to watch them for a week or so, that's a positive 😉

It's hard to think that I've been posting here since 2010, literally with zero playoffs. We've all been through a lot, met many of Y'all, had our disagreements, shared many personal aspects of life; and we continue on! Happy holidays you filthy animals, here's to many many more!

When I was a kid we grew up in Riverside, my sisters and I would ride our bicycles over the Peace bridge with backpacks and our birth certificates to go to Zellars and get Canadian snacks, including Aero bars for my mom. Back then Cadbury was seemingly difficult to get in the USA Much simpler times.
