JJ, there is nothing wrong with liking two teams; that being said it may not be wise to hype your Panthers here seeing as they are division rivals and most of us would rather watch them crash and burn for that fact alone. To be perfectly honest, if every team, but Buffalo, could get a non-lethal illness that only lasted one full season and that helped us win a Cup I'd be happy. Sabres played well in the 2nd, a bounce never goes our way and that seems to really discourage the team as the game wears on. Jack wore out by the end, he was flying most of the game but seemed to peter out as his minutes per shift increased. Risto needs Scandella to play a lot better, Risto is supposed to be the offensive guy not the defensive stalwart. Dahlin had his ups and downs. On a more positive note, Eichel played well and Dahlin already looks like a defensive stalwart. My 2 favorite plays by Dahlin were the one where he harassed MacKinnon at the line and broke up that play and in the 3rd when he outplayed Landeskog and MacKinnon for the puck . Even his assist was just a very heady pinch Colorado had a gold horseshoe up their *** I don't feel we deserved to win by any means but 6-1 wasn't indicative of the game as a whole. It was more of a 4-2 or 5-3 game but we didn't get any bounces and they got opportune ones. I can't blame Scandella for the 4th goal, the ref skates in front of his pass, blocks it and then effectively kicks it into open space where the Colorado guy was just about there.
