I'm not sure about anyone else but looking at the large surface of yellow in the photo hurts my eyes. No really.Maybe its a focus issue with my lazy eye but it causes my eyesight to go blurry and I have to bear down to focus.

Having RR in the fold probably helps in their desire for american picks simply because he knows many of the players through the U.S. development program. That and the fact that the U.S. is producing some great players as well as the european leagues. Canada can't continue to be dominant in supplying players to the NHL forever. Everyone else has caught up or surpassed them in this game and having a relatively small pool (app.35 million ) to choose from tips the balance also. But as far as recent picks it would be Rolstons influence imo.

Growing up in a small town in the thick of a rain forest almost everyone hunted in some form or other so guns were always around. Handguns, not so much. And I have absolutely no problem with your pro gun stance. As I said to each his own. My point was that Zimmerman wouldn't have shot that kid if he wasn't carrying a gun. And if the kid was carrying a gun there's a good chance he would have shot Zimmerman.

What exactly was his job ? Was he a police officer ? Trained in any way ? My point was that had he not had a gun the kid would still be alive.

I'd imagine if Zimmerman wasn't carrying a gun this whole conversation would be about a simple fist fight Or Zimmerman wouldn't have been quite so emboldened to stalk the kid in the first place.

Saw something on t.v. last nite( food network )that has me intrigued. Guy made waffles but he mixed turkey stuffing with the waffle batter and poured it onto iron then cooked the waffle. He then covered said waffle with mashed taters, cranberry sauce, leftover turkey, and gravy. Topped off with maple syrup. I can taste it now. Can't wait to try this the next time I make a turkey.
