Fun to watch hockey with Sabres prospects. Asplund looked fast. That shot by R2 was nice, he put his whole everything into it. I sprung for AHLTV for the heck of it.

It seems like the league is filled with former Sabres, playing on teams bottom six mostly, players that either couldn't crack the Sabres lineup or never had a chance yet here they are playing in the NHL and skating regular shifts. Also, defensemen

Shoulda just been patient and listened to Darcy when he said there would be suffering. He was a proven team builder and here a long time but he produced consistent playoff teams. The team hasn't sniffed contention since.

The concern is long term effects or death. I just read an article about Tommy Sweeney of the Bills, he had complications from Covid that made him miss an entire season. His career could be in jeopardy. Is it worth it to the players? Probably not.

Put Risto down low on the second unit and rotate him onto the first unit as needed for injury or if production falls off. Sam doesn't provide the type of screen Risto does because Risto has no fear and stands in there while Sam will slide over and go for the tip. Sam does give them much better playmaking and passing however which is why he should stay on PP1 IMO

Not a good look for KO. IF he is good in the room, then he should be able to handle being sent to the press box and still help the kids learn the game in practice, meetings etc.

I feel like they want the same success as much as they do the Bills just haven't found the right combo yet and they are trying to be patient in between hires to see if it'll work out. They've gone after big names, hot names, former Sabres etc. Nothing has worked so far but they have tried. IMO

Allen has said and done all the right things and backed it up with his play on the field. Buffalo, and it's fans in general have been desperate for some winning. Allen and the Bills have filled a huge hole with their play the last few seasons.

That was awesome. Bogo was a madman fighting for his mates and protecting those guys. This team has none of that.

There's alot to be said for chemistry and playing for the next guy. It's the crux of any winning organization

He makes up for any straight line speed issues with his hockey sense and anticipation, his skating is not a problem at all imo
