My boss didn't have one either and she managed to get the hell out :P
And you probably know more than she did when she left.
I definitely know more about OUR business than she did but there aren't 50 companies put there that do what we do. Less than 10.
She has the benefit of havin been a QC Manager in different businesses.

Don't know if I can do that. I've invested 15 years of my life here and have a lot of trepidation about leaving. Not sure if my skills translate. I don't have food science degrees like my colleagues

When I received my promotion 15 months ago, I was promised to be paid at a certain rate but I would initially be brought in at about 90% of that while I settled in. So here I am a year+ later making the same with a new boss and more empty promises from him. I'm already making 1/2 to 2/3 of what most people in my position make industry wide. This is getting frustrating.

I think it may be difficult to get everyone to agree on a certain time so I created one on NFL.com called Sabrespace. If you haven't played Nfl.com/fantasy before then you will have to sign up (which takes five min max).

Rookie WR sleeper: We all know about Sammy Watkins, but look for rookie WR Jordan Matthews of the Eagles to have a good year. The guy is the SECs all-time leading receiver and the Eagles have been raving about him in camp.
I have stated away from rookie WR's forever. Drafted Corderelle Patterson late last year and cut him by week 5. The payoff is rarely there their rookie seasons.

I've been drafting QB's in the first round almost exclusively. Of course, the league I posted about I drafted ray rice in te first and RG3 in the 4th. I won the league but neither of those guys were on my final roster.
I've been drafting Rogers, Brees and Brady in the first in almost all my leagues. (Previous years)

We don't know if he is "often injured" or not, because he's had only one season, but I agree that the Bills should have brought in a vet backup. I also would have used a late pick on a QB.
For a team so deep at other positions like RB, it's cause for concern at how vulnerable they have left themselves at QB.

Imagine the amount of pressure on ALS researchers after this? It will be time to really kick it into gear. I also hope that we don't see stories of executives in the ALS Foundation getting hefty raises.
If, in 2-3 years time, we see some significant progress on this issue then all the naysayers will look like idiots. But I don't think they will mind looking foolish on something like that.
