  1. Yes. Everyone who didn't take the short bus to school agrees.
  2. Figured you'd be squealing like a little girl at the thought
  3. / Sarcasm They don't have a cash flow. That is the problem.
  4. It's the NHL. It will suck massive moose *****.
  5. Sure if a team is struggling to get to the cap floor or you incentivize the deal with picks or prospects.
  6. Probably but it is still a warranted post. Nobody on this board has any reason to entertain an Eichel trade. Suggestions of such should be met with extreme prejudice.
  7. Please don't insult the intelligence of the board. We all want to unload KO's contract. Half the board loves Reino, the other half think he's a slow skating wuss that can't produce without Eichel. No sane Sabres fan wants to trade Cozens unless the return is prohibitive. Risto or Miller might be the third piece in a trade for Boeser. Reinhart, Cozens, or 8th overall is the starting point. Anything less is a pipe dream. According to who?
  8. I don't think Terry hires anyone
  9. There is no Eichel chatter If you are referring to idiotic fans of other teams trying bend the Sabres over and get one of the 5 best players in the game for a pile of feces, well let's not give them any relevance by acknowledging their moronic drivel.
  10. Yeah like they just thought the Wild's logo was a nature scene.
  11. This thread is too good
  12. ?
  13. I'd give him until the next trade deadline. If he hasn't shown improvement, trade him for someone else's project of a draft pick.
  14. Fired up Claude is kinda hot.
  15. Unless we see significant progress from Mitts soon, I'm betting he gets dealt before the expansion draft.
  16. What's a "news paper"?
  17. And right on queue https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/29380463/qb-cam-newton-reaches-1-year-deal-patriots-sources-say
  18. Without hesitation
  19. Sabres fans will freak out if they draft a dman. Everyone sees a need a forward and will assume if we draft one at 8, he will be ready for NHL duty immediately. Even though the last 3 players they drafted at that spot needed significant time in the A.
  20. He's a first overall generational talent. If you weren't the least bit hopeful that Dahlin's arrival would signify a marked improvement on the ice, you are either psychic, omnipotent or dead inside. ?
  21. Most posters are aware of my mixed feelings on Dahlin. It just kinda sucks that a first overall pick doesn't necessarily mean overnight success. We were all waiting with bated breath for him to hit the ice and all of a sudden the Sabres would be great. It's just not how hockey works. Instead we have to rely on analytics and sublime play. He's great. He'll get better. I can't wait to see it.
  22. Not that it means a heck of a lot but Tage looked a lot closer to Olofsson in Rochester than any prospect of recent memory. Dominant. Mittlestadt looked like Nylander. Thompson may never become much but if my life depending on one of these guys making it, Tage is gonna be my guy. I see the on ice desire and passion from Tage (wish he'd be more physical but I digress)
  23. This sounds all too likely.
