Annual expectations thread 2023/24: #20 Jiri Kulich
inkman replied to dudacek's topic in The Aud Club
I feel as though Jiri’s path this year is going to be heavily impacted by the Savoie / Benson fallout. If either one of them (or both 👀) make the team out of TC then Kulich’s path to the NHL will be impeded. I don’t envision that happening, ideally both players would end up in Rochester but we know CHL rules suck so that can’t happen. -
We know you love RJ, here is 27 streets named after him.

Not a lot of bite to this but I need someone to convince me that NHL expansion isn’t just the current owners looking for an ATM (not that kind PA). Cash poor league always looking for cash. https://x.com/darrendreger/status/1702418148127805690?s=46&t=MlZqQ72jOicGxFUY54ofpA

I miss the days when work afforded me the opportunity to type posts like this. Now I’m lucky to slam a couple posts during my morning constitutional.

I’m embarrassed to be a Bills fan again

Not surprising. They might win 9 with some luck. I’ve been on this train since the second last season ended. They did nothing to get better. They are older and are proven losers.

I feel like these posts belong together

I’m like one of those great players that’s a terrible coach. I was just born with my abilities. I cannot bestow calf-atude on anyone.

I sincerely hope you’re right

I didn’t have a good feeling about this team prior to the preseason and this game did nothing to sway my opinion. They look bad in every phase. Kincaid was the only bright spot. I was thinking at worst this could be a 10 win team but I’m thinking they may struggle to stay above .500. The defense is a problem. I was worried about the DBs and LBs. I think they both are going to get gashed. I don’t see playmaking at any position outside of Milano. A bunch of garbage.

OT - Look where you are going, go where you are looking

I’d love to blame my experiences on people using their phones but this happens to me the most at work, where cell phones aren’t allowed. Same goes for outside of work. It’s people with no visible distractions just mindlessly walking directly into my face. -
Lemme know when these terrifying aliens start thinning out the population. I’ll pop some corn and set off some fireworks.

Shopping, in general sucks, because people in general suck. I shop at Aldi down the street from my house. At most there are maybe 20 people in the store at any given time, unless it’s a weekend where people are buying party stuff. Even with theses low numbers, there will be one or two shoppers who seemingly think the store is theirs and everyone else is just a NPC in the background. I’m usually in a decent mood in these situations. Just got outta work or any weekend in general. It does amaze me with the obese society we have become, how easily one person can block an entire aisle with their large posterior and a shopping cart. They act incredulous that somehow they are in the way.

I like the ole idea. The above situations are exactly what I try to avoid. I don’t want to talk to anyone. I don’t want anyone to look at me. I don’t want anyone’s day affected by me one iota. Just act like you are paying attention to life so I don’t have to help guide you through it. The driving threads are coming
