Canada has produced fine, critically acclaimed TV shows over the years and I won’t even bother with the list of super star talent Canada has produced over the years, either. Letterkenny and Shoresy are following suit as critics everywhere have given both shows high marks, not just in Canada.

The critics very much disagree that it’s a C level production and there’s a reason it’s won awards in Canada. But like I said, it’s certainly not for everybody.

Case in point. And I love it. I suspect Cozens brings it in practice like he brings it in games, too. I suspect other guys on the team do as well. And that’s how teams get better. Full stop.

I thought Cozens was gonna play well when he told Granato before they departed Buffalo to join their national teams that when he played the US team he (Cozens) was “gonna kill ‘em.” That really confirmed what I’ve felt about Cozens for a while now. It’s not just that he loves winning or hates losing, it’s that he’s a warrior on the ice that wants to rip your heart out and show it to you as you crumble. He competes his ass off and win or lose, you’ll know you were in a game when it’s over.

That said, they also need to police on an even playing field and unfortunately, with the unlimited proliferation of easily obtainable semi automatic assault weapons in this country, they might need these weapons just to have the best chance.

I imagine these horrific events can be even more sobering for some gun owners. It speaks well of you that you can examine your conscience on these matters when so many immediately get defensive and shut down. Regarding the conversation about letting this destroy our rights, it’s a common bull crap canard thrown out by many in the aftermath of these events. Simple truth is, common sense gun laws would do absolutely nothing to threaten 2A rights. Nothing in the least. But 2A has become so bastardized, especially over the last 20 years, and so many politicians bought and paid for by certain lobbying efforts, that people don’t even consider what they’re saying on the matter.
