Fair point. I can — and have — broken it down by games early in a series (Games 1-4) and late (Game 5-7). He breaks down as they go along.
Define elimination game and I will look it up. A game where either Miller's team or his team's opponent can be eliminated, or a game where only Miller's team can be eliminated?

For all the complaining in this thread, I like the way they have been calling these playoffs. It has made for for some pretty rough and tumble hockey.

Got burnt out on the Trailer Park Boys. Have been trying to finish the last season of Breaking Bad, but can just never find the gumption. I'll always find time for a random episode of Archer, though.

You mean like every other promo that says every playoff game will be shown on the networks of NBC and you can stream every game on NBC.com and every intermission when they dip into other games and say which network they are on?
Not sure how you missed it. There is a lot of things you can say about NBC, lack of self promotion isn't one of 'em. It's actually pretty nauseating.

For those in the entertainment business, help me score tickets to Billy Joel closing the Mausoleum on August 4! You can never get tickets when they go on sale, and then the scalpers/ticket sites have a field day. Surely someone knows a guy who knows a guy who knows a guy. Maybe Swamp knows a guy who... OK, I'll stop.
Nobody's getting that ticket. If you wanted to see Pagliacci this afternoon I could probably have helped you out, though.

Salem the Cat was not actually a real cat.
He was a cat actor playing the role of a cat named Salem. I'm not even sure that was his real voice. If you look real close, it almost looks like they put another cat's human voice into the actor cat that played Salem.
I heard that that cat was also the voice behind Milli Vanilli.

I'm finding it a little silly to think that a different anthem rendition is going to change the tone of a hockey game.
The only thing that would do that for me is knowing that as soon as the anthem is over, 20 something bad-ass muther funkers are going to step onto the ice and beat the piss out of the other team all while scoring more goals than them. Period.

On another note, I'm just not a fan of the that goalie taunting chant. Never have been. Unless the goalie is a known douche, I just think it's really classless.
