Quinn didn't lose an edge. Tage hooked. Quinn was not hooked. Both teams held. That last couple of minutes turned this into a pretty good game so far. Absolutely.

Officiating was certainly not a factor in the Bills/Bengals game. I didn't watch the KC/Cincy game, but a game decided by a field goal as time runs down can certainly be, and most probably was, affected by officiating.

I don’t even think the delay would have been all that much. Totally feasible.

Wuh? I'm the first for wanting a more physical Sabres squad, but c'mon, did you even watch the Jets game two days earlier? Ya know, the most physical game any Sabres team has played in probably a decade?! The Sabres didn't lose that game because they were banged and slowed down (that is ridiculous). They held their own, even without Mule and Cozens. It was a good game. They just lost. They were toast and UPL was terrible in the shootout.

Totally agree. I do find 3 on 3 OT really exciting, though. It’s a high speed chess match and the Sabres have been really good at it. I just like hockey. Others like winning and losing, go gamble, then. If, like tonight, two teams played great and each deserved a point, whatever. As long as we are entertained.

This is a pretty good game. Some days, everything sucks. This game is pretty good.

Doghouses are for good players that aren't playing up to potential. It's probably better for us that Asplund has been on the bench. And maybe they are saving him for the third.
