Remember when the Bills offense was fun and creative and attacked with all of its weapons? Remember when Josh was allowed to be the man? Remember when Beasley got targets? Or Diggs? What happened to the team from last year that could shred defenses with speed and confusion? The coaching is just pathetic. It has been since the AFC Championship game. McDermott is a clown and it's hard to imagine the players and the rest of the league don't see it by now.

This team continues to prove that it deserves better goaltending than it has been given by management.

He's definitely putting a lot of faith in his coaching staff to try to rehab the values on some pretty cheap guys. It's really not a bad tactic. Utilize the cap space you have, see if your coaches can get a guy or two going, maybe trade em at the deadline if they dredge up some value? Frankly, I think he should be doing more of it.

I think this team has the ability to make a heroic run to 9th (nostalgic!) if they are simply given some NHL goaltending. They are scoring enough goals to do it, and they're doing it consistently. But it doesn't matter when they're giving up so much at the other end.
