I feel you. I somehow believe it was better tho. Leafs at Sabres on CHCH, quite snowy where I lived, especially when it came as a surprise... there was nothing better.

I've never really been a fan of individual players. For those who have kids are you a fan of one of them over the others?

Srsly the Sabres have lost with all iterations of Ras Dahl. The good the bad the young the old. IMHO being a fan of a player is not being a fan of a team. Until Dahlin contributes on a winning team, I have no time for the guy.
