Yikes. Mercy rule?

I'm not one pushing the refs narrative, but the bolded is a strawman argument. No one is saying anything close to "nothing to do with" relating to those other things. They made a lot of mistakes yesterday, but still had a chance to win. Very bad (non-)calls still may have determined the final outcome, which sucks. The refs didn't make the Bucs put up 3 points in the second half, punting on 4 (I think) drives and blowing a 20+ point lead, either. Both teams did a lot of good and a lot of bad (in large part due to the other's good play) in regulation, which ultimately led to the Bills throwing for a likely game-winning touchdown, but settling for a game-tying field goal. The difference was a missed call. Note: I do put more blame on the Bills in OT.

I'm a big Josh fan, but a better throw to Beasley in OT gives him an easy first down.

Bengals, down 24-0, drive for a beautiful throw-and-catch TD. Line up to go for 2. Don't like the look, so they take a timeout. Line up again for 2, but confusion leads to a delay-of-game penalty (and an audible curse word.) Move back and opt for the PAT attempt. Shank it wide. 💩

I was pretty sure that Krebs already had an assist on the board when I mentioned the one earlier. Then, he got one on each of the last two goals. During the Three Stars announcements, they said that he had four assists. However, it does say three assists on TheAHL.com. Weird. Edit: in the play-by-play, it does show assists on four goals.

Tough watching choice tonight. Both teams doing well (4-1). My eyes are getting whiplash going from my laptop to my TV and back. Amerks facing more pressure at the start of their third.

The first one was bad, but on the second one, his arm was hit as he was throwing. Timing was bad, but it wasn't just a bad throw.
