My initial read on it is he's good enough to comfortably hold down the backup role but not someone who will prevent Levi from earning that spot. This sits much better with me than going into the year with UPL-Levi as our two goalies.

I don't think Levi is eligible for an offer sheet. Some qualifier about number of NHL games played.

Is Adams trying to tank? These decisions and trades are just horrible. I fully expect Byram to go for yet another fringe 4th liner/AHL player. Perhaps Dahlin can be traded for Bob Corkum and a 6th rounder. Corkum can really round out that bottom 6!
