It was a pipe dream for the Sabres. Wildcard is still possible, but Sabres will have to reverse trend, and soon. The are in 8th placed based on points %. One point up on Montreal. 13th in League points %, which has caught up to our goal differential which is at 16th. If Eichel misses 5-10 games, they'll be solidly behind the 8-ball. Really hoping for good news on that front. Housley's vague words on the matter were basically meaningless.
