Questionable Calls Cost Flyers Game

Chris Therien, he's gotta be a -100 against the Sabres all time. We owned that slug when he was playing!

And I was thinking that Ryan Miller's domination was what cost the Flyers the game. How foolish of me. :blush:

 

I guess it turns out that, although the Flyers were shut out for the 55 minutes other than Richards' penalty time, they would certainly have scored during that 5 minutes had the penalty not been called, or perhaps during the 3 minutes had a 2 minute penalty been called instead, AND they were guaranteed to score a second goal in either the third period or overtime to win the game.

 

Thanks to the female Sherlock Holmes and former NHL scrub Dr. Watson of the prestigious Philadelphia airwaves, the great mystery of why the Flyers did not win last night has been revealed to us.
